What does the service costs include?

In order to meet the different needs of customers in the context of a cost-conscious performance model, Cisema customers have the option between three service levels. The higher the service level, the more favourable is the actual daily rate. Additionally, we also offer “breathing solutions“ where customers can purchase services in a flexible manner, according to their requirements, at the valid daily rates. Additional costs, such as travel expenses, will be borne by the customer. However, these will be minimal due to the low price level in China.

Our services includes the complete range of sourcing and quality assurance services. Both simple control tasks and supplier searches as well as more complex projects are possible.

At what locations are Cisema offices found, how many employees work in China and how does the choice of location influence the service quality of Cisema?

We have four locations in the major regions of China with a growing number of currently sixty employees. Through the strategic positioning in Hangzhou, Beijing, Shenzhen and Qingdao, we can easily reach potential suppliers in the industrial concentration areas in the Yangtze River Delta, Pearl River Delta and the Bohai Bay. Our strongest location is based in Hangzhou.
Due to the strategic placement of our branches, we can exercise control over your vendors / products thanks to short distances and also get any and every obstacles out of the way quickly. Does Cisema work with other companies in order to deliver services, such as testing labs?

Cisema maintains sporadic collaborations with established partners to perform the more demanding quality control checks. However, our employees are well equipped with most necessary tools and we also operate our own test laboratories.

What is your staff’s structure and how qualified are your staff members in China?

Our team in China consists 100% of Chinese. We set high standards for the qualification of our employees. Our usually quite young staff members are able to speak good English, have university degrees and are always permanently employed.
At the management level there are Chinese who often have been working for decades in technical areas with international companies. In general, the members of our staff are technically skilled due to their academic backgrounds and work experience.
Unlike many other Chinese and also international companies in our market niche we have managed to achieve an extremely low staff turnover by offering a pleasant corporate culture, attractive compensation and performance-enhancing career planning, which is reflected in a noticeably better customer service and also long-term personal relationships to the suppliers. These advantages we pass on to our customers.
